My own GP (Dr Dean Harris) is outstanding. I cannot praise him highly enough. In general the staff at the Derby Medical Centre (other doctors, nursing staff and receptionists) are professional and conscientious, and from my experience, they do a difficult job extremely well.

I cannot think of any improvement. I was dealt with courtesy and active.

Ignored by reception staff for 5 mins. No eye contact with staff. Generally not particularly helpful.

Extremely polite and helpful nurse. Antibacterial gels around surgery would be useful for patients. Thank you.

Good. I was at the appointment time. My injection was often without fuss. The nurse was flexible in fixing the next appointment. Could be improved. All the nurses calenders should be available for booking 2015 appointments. I also have encouraged this problem in past years.
